Descripció i Metodologia: |
Learn how to deliver primary science in an engaging and practical way.
Throughout this course we will reflect on how to nurture children’s natural curiosity while developing their understanding of the world. We will learn about the differences between natural sciences and technology, and what skills each discipline helps to develop. We will also explore tools for effective scientific research in primary as well as strategies that help personalize learning for every child. And in case you want to do all of these in English, we will learn the basics of CLIL and its main tools.

- Develop your confidence in carrying out practical science for 6-12 years old
- Reflect on your teaching of primary science and share ideas on how to improve your lessons and/or projects
- Explore ideas for effective hands-on + minds-on science
- Design a project from scratch or design activities that can be included in an already existing one

Module 1: Learning cycles

-Phases of different learning cycles and dynamics of a learning process
-Teachers role on each phase
-Types of activities for each phase
-The scientific method (steps, variables…)

-How to help our students to do scientific research

-Maker spaces

Module 4: How to do this in English: CLIL

Persones destinatàries |
Primary teachers with a B2 minimum.
Requisits:
1. Disposar d'usuari XTEC actiu.
2. Haver certificat les activitats de formació adjudicades durant aquest curs acadèmic i l'anterior.
Criteris específics d’adjudicació. Les sol•licituds admeses s'ordenaran en funció de:
1.Vinculació al centre de treball 2.1.Funcionari 2.2.Interí 2.3. Substitut
2.Nivell de llengua C2,C1,B2.
Si ets docent d'un centre concertat, municipal o les acreditacions d’especialitat i/o nivell de llengua (C2, C1 o B2) requerides a la convocatòria no consten a l’ATRI, caldrà omplir aquest FORMULARI dins del període de sol•licitud.
